Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave (at minimum temperature). In a bowl put eggs and beat them well with a mixer, in another bowl put melted chocolate with butter, add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves powder, almonds powder, beaten eggs, flour and finally baking powder. Mix well and then pour the composition into a shape with a diameter of 28 cm, and put in the preheated oven at 170 C for 30 minutes and then reduce to 160 C for another 30 minutes (depending on each oven, mine is with rotating air program ). Meanwhile, prepare the crumble to be ready to put when the cake baking time ends.

Ptr crumble:

Melt the chocolate, put the sugar, the almonds in powder in a bowl and mix a little, then add the melted chocolate and flour and mix until smooth. We put the composition on the table and with the help of a "facalet" we spread it like a thin sheet of about 3 cm thick, we cover it with transparent foil and we leave it in the fridge to harden a little. When it is cold enough, with the help of a circle (the diameter should be smaller than that of the cake) we cut and put the composition over the cake taken out of the oven and put it in the oven for another 15 minutes (to bake and crumble). Garnish with dried fruits and candies as desired.
